- Digital Products — structured report templates and reporting frameworks available for purchase and download. Prices range from $200 to $700 depending on scope and complexity.
- Services — template adaptation, report restructuring, workflow alignment, and recurring reporting system deployment. Prices range from $300 to $900 depending on service type and scope.
- Product and service descriptions on our website are provided in good faith and are as accurate as reasonably possible. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service without prior notice.
By submitting an order or enquiry through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the specified product or service. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing via email.
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time before an order is confirmed. Payment terms for service engagements will be set out in the relevant project agreement or invoice.
4. Digital Product Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically following confirmation of payment. Delivery is made to the email address provided at the time of purchase. We aim to deliver all digital products within 2 business days of payment confirmation unless otherwise specified.
All templates, frameworks, documentation, and content produced and delivered by Summiqen Formats Ltd remain the intellectual property of Summiqen Formats Ltd until payment is received in full.
Upon receipt of full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased template or system output for your own internal business purposes. You may not resell, sublicence, redistribute, or represent our work as your own creation.
We retain all rights to the underlying structural methodologies, design systems, and workflow logic used in our products and services.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Digital products: Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once a template has been delivered and accessed. If a product is found to be materially defective or significantly different from its description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
- Services: Cancellation of a service engagement before work has commenced will result in a full refund of any advance payment. Cancellation after work has commenced will result in a charge proportional to the work completed at the time of cancellation. Specific cancellation terms may be set out in individual project agreements.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Summiqen Formats Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our products or services
- Loss of business, revenue, data, or opportunity resulting from reliance on our deliverables
- Any failure to deliver caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including technical failures of third-party platforms or force majeure events
Our total liability to you in connection with any product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that product or service.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
